This is to thank you for excellence of service in the above matter. I contacted Integrated because the electronic console of my treadmill quit working and the treadmill could not be started, I realized that an electronic repair on this nearly 30 year old treadmill would be problematic but I wanted to give it a try, You located an unused original equipment circuit board for my model treadmill. When the replacement board did not sync with my treadmill, your technician didn't give up on it but went on to fuse parts of the old circuit board into the replacement board and made it work. I know it took a lot of diligence, persistence and creativity on the part of your company and your technician to accomplish all that, and I am very impressed. The treadmill is working great and I am very grateful.

I feel very lucky that it was Integrated that I called because I really don't believe that anyone else would have succeeded with the challenge of this job.

This e-mail is to express my gratitude to your company for it's professionalism and dedication to making it 'right for the customer'. I own a treadmill with usage nearing 2,000 miles. Obviously, it began showing a LOT of wear and tear. A few months ago, I contacted Integrated Fitness to repair a part. Over the course of the next 3 - 4 months, your 'technician' worked with me via the treadmill company's warranty to completely revamp my treadmill to nearly 'out of the box' condition. A new deck, new belt, new motor, new rollers and new electronics were replaced. As a matter of fact, before his last visit to make one final adjustment (at my request), some treadmill pieces surprisingly showed up at my door. I later found out that the 'technician' had ordered these parts for me! Since he had already been scheduled to make a repair visit, he independently worked with the treadmill company and had other parts shipped so that everything he deemed necessary could be replaced in one visit. Incremental cost to me - $0. In my book, that defines the word service. Over the years, I've been conditioned to expect so little (and get even less) from companies that nothing surprises me anymore. It's so bad that when I receive 'average' service I'm actually thankful. However, when I received exemplary service, as in this case, I felt compelled to write to you and simply offer my sincere thanks. Meanwhile, I'm looking forward to many uneventful miles on my 'new' machine!

I am really impressed with your company and the technician that came out this morning at 7 am to fix our elliptical. A little over a year after we purchased our machine it started to make really loud grinding noises, we called [company name withheld] and were very disappointed to hear that our machine only had a 1 year labor warranty. [Company name withheld] mistakenly sent out someone the first time to diagnose the problem from a company called [company name withheld] The person they sent out said that he puts this type of equipment together for stores like [company name withheld.] and puts bicycles together for stores like [company name withheld]. So he suggested replacing some bearing in the back wheel, but then [company name withheld] realized their mistake and wouldn't send them back out to fix it. [Company name withheld] diagnosed the machine by having me holding my cell phone up to it while riding it that it was really the flywheel that was bad. So it was up to me to replace it or hire someone to do the work. They sent me some directions one of their technician's made and I was able to replace the fly wheel after several hours of work and cutting my arm open in the process. One of the bolts they said to remove was so tight it stripped the Allen wrench and my arm was cut bad by the plastic of the machine. I still have a scar to this day. Sure enough about 2 months later we had the same problem, the flywheel had gone bad again. This time after much demanding "name withheld" sent one of Integrated Fitness Services technician's out to replace it. He was able to repair it in less then an hour!

Hi, Mr. Cruz: Thank you for your kind help. The Integrated Fitness Services technician came and re-calibrated the speed. My treadmill is now working like before. The technician did a great job! I highly recommend their services. He pointed out some wear and tear but that's on my to do list. Now, I'm happy just to get back to walk/jog.

I called your company this morning for immediate assistance for our fitness center. You dispatched a technician that same morning. Our center has a combination of older and newer equipment. Within one hour everything was fixed right, was clean, and in working order. On top of that, service from your company was excellent as always. This e-mail is to express my gratitude for your companies assistance in diagnosing a treadmill problem and prescribing a solution. Last Friday I phoned "company name withheld" for help with my treadmill"manufacturer name withheld." I reached a voice mail and left a message, but did not receive a call back. I called you and spoke to one of your live service agents. My treadmill had begun vibrating at about 6.3 mph After describing the problem over the phone your representative advised me to tighten the Allen bolts and adjust the belt. I did so and and the treadmill now functions correctly. I should add that I also contacted a few other vendors regarding this problem. Some were not prepared to discuss this problem at all, others told me I had a broken motor or bent shaft, either of which would require several hundred dollars to repair. I understand that all machines require maintenance and repair, but no consumer should be advised to undertake expensive repairs that are no necessary. Once again, my thanks to your company for you honesty and assistance in fixing my problem. It's refreshing to find an honest service that's interested in actually serving their customers.
